We offer personalized weekly 1-on-1 coaching and twice-weekly workgroups to provide targeted support, actionable strategies, and collaborative opportunities to help you achieve your goals.

1-on-1 Coaching methods:

  1. Learn about ADHD and Executive Function.
  2. Take an executive function assessment.
  3. Choose a high motivation task to start on.
  4. Learn techniques to play to your strengths.
  5. Learn strategies to compensate for your weaknesses.
  6. Practice your new skills.
  7. Practice them some more.
  8. Work to build these new skills into habits.
  9. Find some success.
  10. Build a positive flywheel.

Workgroups methods:

  1. Sign-in to a Zoom room with other ADHDers.
  2. You state your intentions for  the next 90 minutes.
  3. Work in three 25 minute work sessions, with a 5 minute break between each one.
  4. At end of the session, each person reports on progress to goal.
  5. Your workgroup members become friends and accountability partners.
