Meet the Coaches
Jon Zeitlin, M.Ed., MBA, IAP Certified Life Coaching
Jon Zeitlin is a veteran ADHD coach, the co-founder of Hallowell Todaro ADHD Center in California and co-founder of HabitCoach. Jon decided to start Clear Thinkers, an ADHD practice dedicated to the needs of boys and men, because he saw a shortage of coaches and therapists focused on the needs of males.
Jon graduated from Yale and received two Master’s degrees from Stanford but he has had to overcome his own challenges with ADHD symptoms and enjoys helping others do the same. He is an IAP-certified life coach, a member of Dr. Alan Gilbert’s ADHD coaching group, and is on the path to PAAC certification. He is a member of ACO and CHADD.
Matt Sampey, M.A., ADHD Coach - ADDCA, PAAC Certified
Matt specializes in helping college students and adult executives manage their ADHD. Having struggled but succeeded through both an undergraduate and graduate degree at LSU and then as an executive in the private sector for 20 years, he was finally diagnosed in 2011. Since then he has learned all he can about ADHD and coaching and has dedicated his life to help people be the best possible versions of themselves by playing to their strengths and learning how to build systems and workarounds to deal with their challenges.
Matt works with his clients to clarify their goals for the work, discover what is preventing them from living up to their full potential and make action plans to improve their lives. Once the action plans are put in place, he will continue to serve as your accountability partner and help you learn more about yourself.
Matt works with college students, graduate students, CEOs, hospital administrators, IT managers, attorneys, and doctors. His clients are highly intelligent but are struggling in certain phases of their life. Matt earned my Advanced Coaching Credential through ADD Coach Academy and a Professional Credential through Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
Matt is a father to 3 daughters (2 have ADHD). He loves music, outdoor exercise, reading, and gardening. He loves to laugh during coaching sessions and make this a positive experience for all his clients.
